This workshop puts people before developing software, mobile apps or information systems. In solving a business problem, the primary aim is to explore user behaviour. Through sentiment analysis, the research investigates user behaviour primarily to understand user expression and user need. Social media has become a channel to communicate user expression, through the clicking of like, tweeting the text, pressing the thumbs up button, returning comment from others post, reposting or re-sharing a posting, user expression is shared or re-shared.
